Four seats at the table, one set of rules.
Access is by role. You see only what your seat is meant to see, and you can only do what your seat is licensed to do.
Importer
List cleared stock as lots with a warehouse, quantity and an ask under the ceiling. Approve or decline the offers that come in.
Register as importer →Wholesale cooperative
Browse the marketplace, offer at or below the listed price, and negotiate quantity. Accepted offers settle into an invoice and PO.
Register a cooperative →Regulator — CAA
A read-only window on every lot, offer and deal. Watch ceilings hold in real time and pull an audit trail without touching the market.
Request regulator access →Business partner
Bring importers and cooperatives onto the exchange and track the trade your referrals put through, deal by deal.
Become a partner →From a lot on the shelf to a settled purchase order.
Four steps, in order — because the order is the safeguard. No step can be skipped, and each one is recorded.
List the lot
An importer posts cleared stock with quantity, warehouse and an ask price. The ceiling is checked the moment it's submitted.
Offer at or under
A cooperative offers on the lot. An offer above the CAA cap can't stand — the exchange rejects it before it reaches the seller.
Approve the deal
The importer accepts. An administrator checks the paperwork against the bill of lading and clears it for settlement.
Settle on record
The deal produces a numbered invoice and purchase order. Both sides — and the regulator — see the same settled record.
The safeguards aren't features. They're the point.
The ceiling holds, always
Every ask and every offer is measured against the current CAA maximum retail price. Over the line, and it simply doesn't go through.
Every deal, on paper
Acceptance generates a numbered invoice and purchase order — the same document both parties and the regulator can pull later.
You see only your seat
Importers, cooperatives and the regulator each get their own view. The market stays open to watch and closed to tamper with.
Price ceilings and rulings, as they change.
Bring your stock, or your society, onto the board.
Registration is reviewed before you trade. Have your import licence or cooperative registration ready.
